  • For the individual: High levels of motivation and satisfaction and a strong intention to stay. These are the HR-related outcomes for employees. That’s how it is for people on the inside. You know it when you feel it. Trust levels are high. You love what you do. You’re energized. You contribute and make a difference.
  • For the team: It is seen in the quantity and quality of the results that the team produces and in the high levels of satisfaction that is experienced by its members. They engage in healthy conflict. The high degrees of cooperative, collaborative and cohesive teamwork produces better results.
  • For the organization: Within positive company cultures, you can almost feel it in the air—it’s palpable. Employees are committed—they make things happen and hold one another accountable for results. Consequently, customers are delighted and business thrives. Organizational-levels of service and product quality are high as is external adaptability.
