He is the author of 11 books, which have sold over 6 million copies and been translated into more than 30 languages. He is best known for his New York Times best-seller The Five Dysfunctions of Team and has worked in partnership with Wiley Workplace Learning Solutions in the creation of the Five Behaviors®.

Cherryl D’Souza
Cherryl D’Souza

VP Brand Management, Wiley

Cherryl has a consistent record of success in spearheading digital marketing initiatives, including building digital media businesses, influencer networks, and the building of a global content studio. A native of India, Cherryl came to the United States to further her education and launched her career at General Mills. During her 15 years there, she led business management and product development for brands like Pillsbury, Fruit by the Foot, and Box Tops for Education.

Mark Scullard
Mark Scullard

Sr. Director, Product Innovation, Wiley

Mark Scullard is the Senior Director of Product Innovation at Wiley. He earned a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in Counseling Psychology and has written extensively on topics such as leadership, personality, and interpersonal relationships. Over the last 17 years, he has worked with Wiley to develop learning experiences that bolster organizational health and team cohesion with a focus on The Five Behaviors model.

Tom Sullivan
Tom Sullivan

Tom Sullivan has over 20 years in executive human resources and organizational development roles. He works closely with CEO’s, senior leadership teams, and HR business partners as a trusted advisor and consultant serving a broad range of industries. Tom has led enterprise-wide solutions for building positive workplace cultures and designing executive leadership development programs. As an Accredited Five Behaviors facilitator, Tom has conducted seminars throughout North America and in Europe.
