Everything DiSC Work of Leaders Facilitation Kit is a classroom training that uses the Work of Leaders Profile as online prework (sold separately). The facilitation kit provides everything you need to deliver a memorable training experience. It includes five 60- to 90-minute modules, each of which includes a fully scripted Leader’s Guide, Participant Handouts, and a PowerPoint presentation with embedded video. Experiential learning activities are included throughout the program.
The Everything DiSC Work of Leaders Video (included) has 17 video segments of contemporary leadership examples in action. Use as scripted in each Leader’s Guide and PowerPoint presentation or as stand-alone clips and/or incorporated into your own custom PowerPoint presentation.
